Thanks to a tremendous new website which lets us find out our "Twitter Grade," I'm launching a non-partisan, collaborative effort to compile a report on House and Senate Republicans and Democrats who hang out with us on Twitter.
UPDATE: I've asked John Wonderlich to co-author this report with me to help add some balance. Awaiting reply.
