Today's TechRepublican Second Cup alerted me to the emergence of a new, independent, conservative political action committee known as the National Campaign Fund. The organization appears to be housed exclusively at ExposeObama.com.
The first act of the group was the launch of an ad characterized by Time's Michael Scherer as a "Willie Horton hit on Obama." Here's the 60-second spot:
Of note, the video was added to YouTube on April 16 but this is the first I've heard of it.
An excerpt from the website's About section:
We are a committed group of conservatives concerned that Barrack Hussein Obama would be the worse possible President for America at this time, or any time. Together we have years and years of experience at all levels of political campaigns along with the skill to implement our plan. [sic]
Here's a link to the staff running the operation.
Based on what I'm seeing at the group's website, this appears to be another top-down organization looking to find a niche in this election cycle. However, I could be wrong and this could indeed be another Player in the New Guards.
Time will tell.

So, let's get this
So, let's get this straight...he's weak because he doesn't support the state killing people for... killing people....???? The death penalty is one of the most paradoxical positions taken by the right. Hardly a rational argument, particularly when you take into consideration the age and circumstance of the perpetrators. But then these guys are fighting the same old battle the same old way hoping people will see that "the right" means right...but it doesn't and they won't.
To clarify
We have no affiliation with the group. We're just pointing its existence out to the readers of this space.
Thanks.
What a bad ad!
I'll bet hillary is ecstatic! We're all on to the attack ads against Obama. They are not going to smear him, and after the Reverend Wright debacle, I quit listening to and watching all political ads. It's my bet that most Americans have already decided for whom they will vote, and they are sick of the ads and turning them off as I am.
I'm voting for Obama because he is the least offensive and the smartest candidate, and America needs to wipe the slate clean and start again minus the Washington elite that have been there for so long.
The more these groups -funded by Hillary or funded by republicans - slander Obama, the better he looks. Go Obama!
Incoherent
Killing is bad, therefore we should kill people who kill, except when we do it it isn't bad, it's good. Anybody who stands in our way when we, the good, try to kill the bad, is himself bad - just like the killer. Barack Obama didn't kill anyone, which is good, but he doesn't want us to kill bad people, which is bad. We want to kill bad killers and it is bad when ostensibly "good" people like Barack Obama stand in our way, an act which changes them from good to bad. It is our position, therefore, that as long as any Barack Obama activity foils any effort by the good to kill the bad then Senator Obama himself becomes bad, even if he hasn't personally killed anyone, which by some standards is good, however in the context of the overall picture, is bad. To summarize: killing is bad, except when it's good. Creating obstacles to killing is bad. The safest way to conduct oneself under confusing circumstances such as these is to not kill, but instead to facilitate killing. When faced with the choice to kill or not to kill, the safe bet is not to kill, however when faced with a choice to allow or prevent killing, allowing the killing to take place is the morally righteous choice. This message brought to you by the Republican National Committee.

Obama ad/National campaign fund
Thanks for hooking up the appropriate links to this "group." Their collective bio's are scarey...they are not conservative, they are zealots. So, Obama does not support the death penalty. Neither does Pope Benedict.
