YouTube just launched a new round of its Representative of the Week program today -- Essentially, citizens will be allowed to ask questions of Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH) and YouTube will then ask the top-rated questions to Congressman Latta in a live interview tomorrow (which will be posted to YouTube as well).

Personally, I'm encouraged to see Congressman Latta participate in this effort, since he's a longtime user of the #TechGOP hashtag and he's also co-chair of the New Media Caucus on the Hill.
